This seemingly "simple" park is one of the kids' favourites. The spinning, climby structure is the main attraction here. It is pretty cool. It looks plain, but it provides a big space for many kids to climb, spin, relax, whatever. I'm really enjoying these new kinds of play structures, in my opinion they give a bigger lending to the use of imagination than some of the more traditional structures.
For me, and you're going to see an ongoing theme here, I love the trees and the huge grassy space. Even the lampposts have excellent character for this park. It's one of those parks that you feel like you can breathe in. So many trees, making so much oxygen, so good!
Ignore the smudgy spots, I don't plan on authorizing anyone else to be in the photos but our family :) Never cool to put other peoples kids on the internet. Anyhoo, really, REALLY seems like quite a plain park if you're just driving by. Little sand area (with digger!) to the left, two baby swings and two kids swings to the right. BOUNCY TILES under anything the kids could fall on! Love that! Straight ahead, lots of seating in a circular fashion surrounding what? I'm getting old, my eyes can't see that well...
